We, the undersigned homeowners, request the termination of the rental agreement with I-9 for use of the Alamo Ranch Community soccer field located on Volunteer Parkway. The field is for the use of homeowners not private organizations and as such it should not be rented to I-9 sports. Any facility rentals, present and future, to groups or individuals that are not Alamo Ranch Pulte or Centex homeowners should be voted on by all HOA members is good standing.
