When a medallist is proved not guilty of cheating, that athlete's medal and status should be restored automatically. It should take many years and a petition for justice to prevail. Give Alain the status he deserves - and his medal.

Alain is way over due his medal, but should we have to petition to get the justice he deserves. The IOC should should have addressed this long before now.

The Olympic policies are not being adhered to in this case. Give yourself greater credabillity for the future of sport. The man deserves that.
