He won it fair and square and was cleared by the Sports Arbitration. He should have the medal to show for his efforts - not just his memories.

Court of Sports Arbitration cleared Baxter of using a drug to enhance performance. Olympic committee should accept this ruling and reinstate Baxter' s bronze medal.
