Not only exonerated but revered and respected by fellow competitors who know he DIDNT cheat, c;mon IOC get with the programme and call it when your wrong too.

It would make more sense if Benjamin Raich publically gave it back, thereby undermining the IOC.

The inconsistencies of the application of the law regarding this substance and the fact that the ban was overturned, mean his medal should be restored.

He was exonerated so should be fully re-instated.

I heard that the restricted substance had since been declassified as such. Surely good enough grounds to give him his medal back.

The IOC should be realistic and consistent about usage of over the counter minor health treatments. If amounts of drug are minuscule surely it should be accepted that it was genuine usage.GIVE The MEDAL BACK

I was just about to write to the British Olympic Committee on this very matter as a follow up to my complaint of yesterday to the committee about the preposterous treatment doled out last week to Elise Christie when I came across this petition. I now, very gladly, add my name to it.

Having read the background & seemingly inconsistent US Drs judgement . The BOC & GB as a whole should do more to get medal back to Baxter.

I believe that Alain deserves the olympic bronze medal from the Salt Lake City winter games.

Continuing to deny Alain his rightful medal does nothing to enhance the reputation of the Olympic Committee. Alain will always be Britains first medal winner on snow - time to correct the record books.

It has been proven that Alain Baxter won his Olympic Bronze Medal fairly in 2002, so why has his medal not been returned. Please give the medal back to it's rightful owner.

Justice needs to be done, if we were a big hitter in wintersports there is no doubt this wrong would already have been righted
