A travesty of justice, cleared by all other authorities. Undermines the integrity of the IOC in my eyes. I really hope this petition can come to a successful resolution. Sprinty

Please overturn this unjustified decision. Baxter is an exemplary Olympian who has carried himself with dignity.

Can the international Olympic commitee live with the fact that Alain Baxter has had his career and life and passion destroyed by a decision that shows no common sense and that would prove that this minutest trace would have no effect on the results and done in complete innocence.

Alain skied amazingly to win a bronze medal at the Olympics and is the model of an Olympian in every way. He deserves his fairly won medal to be given back to him.

Very harsh treatment by the IOC. Reinstating the medal has gone on too long an reflects badly on the IOC
