full deserved and time Alain was reinstated to his rightful status....he was cleared and there was never any question of performance enhancement...reinstatement would be clear and unequivocal

I've known this man since he was a young lad making sacrifices for his sport.. dedication is a word that hardly describes his drive towards winning Olympic bronze.. rogue for reasons known only to himself treated Alain extremely unfairly .. justice should be done..his medal must be returned..

The doctor that gave Alain his cold medicine (that's all it was) stated that the chemicals in it would be more likely to hinder his performance, not enhance it, so if he hadn't been taking it he could have ended up with silver, or even gold! He won his bronze medal fair and square, and I think it's ridiculous how a man isn't even allowed to fight off a cold when he's in the winter olympics.

Snowboarder, Ross Rebagliati, was given his Nagano 1998 gold medal back after being stripped after failing a drugs test for marijuana, even though this would likely have been a deliberate act. So, why has Alain Baxter's medal not been restored when it has been acknowledged by the IOC as a genuine mistake?! It's time for this to be rectified

Alain was cleared of any wrongdoing, do the decent thing and reinstate his bronze medal which he won fairly. Uphold the Olympic traditions of fairness or hang your heads in shame IOC!
