the guy used a nasal spray for his cold. it did not influence his skiing performance.

This was mistake made buy Alain Baxter, as the Inhaler I believe was sold in the US in Identical packaging & the In haler looks the same. Alain would not take a bad substance to have any gain over his fellow competitors. As im sure he knew there would be to much to loose.
Alain should never have been stripped of his medal, and it should have definately been reinstated when he was exonerated!

Alain Baxter was cleared of any wrongdoing after a full investigation. For the true spirit of the Olympics to remain, Alain Baxter deserves to have his medal returned.
