the whole thing was a farce from start to finish. He had a trace element of an inactive isomer in his system. The doctor involved is a disgrace and should have been struck off. Alain won that medal fair and square and the decent , right thing would be to apologise and give him his well earned bronze.

Anyone who watched that race could see that everything just came together for Alain that day. He coped well with the conditions while they were unfavourable for most. It is an injustice and his medal should be returned to him.
