The Supreme Court has failed the American People by not striking down the Affordable Care Act. We petition our Governor and State Legislators to begin the nullification of this bill that is not Constitutional. We the people of Alabama should not stand by while the Federal Government tries to destroy our great state's soveriegnty. Nullification is the legislative process that our patriot forefathers, men like Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, meant as a tool to protect the rights of a State to stand up to Federal tyranny. Washington D.C. has been ignoring our Constitution for too long. It is time to stand up for our rights as Alabamians first!
