this is why the people were coming from the lower 48s just to get a pfd. We need this only for alaskans that were really born in the state of ALASKA!!!

We have too many people, even criminals coming up at Alaska for "free" money.
If this petition doesn't pass, residency requirement should be five years before applying for PFD.

My daughter is Alaskan native she has moved out of state to care for family as a Alaskan Native we should always be eligible.
