You can't give PFDs to other Country's that is our thing not there's if they want a PFD then they can come to Alaska for a Year and then Recieve one other than that it's not ok

BORN N RAISED IN ALASKA. But I moved to Arizona with my Fiance BECAUSE of employment... NOT because I am a "Snow Bird". There are plenty of people who aren't Alaskan as defined living the Snow Bird term here. Which is so unfair to those who lived more than 3 quarters of their lives in Alaska like I have and don't qualify as an Alaskan. Sounds crazy. I think this issue should be defined also. Because Snow Birds do have TWO residents. One in Alaska and one outside of Alaska whether it be Arizona or anywhere outside of Alaska claiming and receiving the Alaska PFD. So NOT RIGHT.

I agree with what is being said here, their are a lot of non-Alaskans that moved here to Alaska, specifically for the Permanent Fund Dividend, how I know this is because I've worked and talked with a lot of them. Asking me; if I go back to my country, how long can I be gone to not get disqualified from the PFD... It's been happening for years n this petition is finally surfacing? We as Alaskans are in a budget deficit and non-Alaskans whom were not born here can care less because their money what they make here is going back to their country. I am so for this Petition, let's make this happen!!
