I agree that the Alaskan born people AND who have no need to live in another state or country (exception for our Alaska born & live in Alaska Military Men). Should be the only qualified dividend recipients.

Born and raised in Juneau Alaska all my life 1947-2012 I consider it my birth right to receive the PFD I would still be in Alaska if they had the doctors to care for my health issues but sadly I could not. People that moved up there and Undrr 5 years get it just because they are ther now when I spent 64 years there hello Alaska is and already will be my home.
