I strongly follow behind that the PFD's are issued to Alaska born residents. I have seen a lot of out of state persons come to Alaska for the free money every year. I don't think it's really fair to us Alaskan's.

Born and raised and staring my own family born and all raised here should be only Alaska born

It would be great that Alaskan Natives, who have a minimum of 1/8 quantum Alaskan Native blood should have that entitlement to the PFD and not all the other races that become Alaskan residence after one year being here. Or at the least being a descendant of a Native Corporation being entitled to the PFD are my two cents and thoughts about the PFD.

I definitely agree!! I was born and raised in Alaska and it's not fair for people to get the Pfd's after a " year" of residency especially military people who comes and goes.

Totally agree! This is why we're broke letting people who move here for a free check shouldn't be okay Alaskans should be the only one to receive a pfd
