Only Alaska born residents and who plan to live the remains part of their life should receive pfd's, not our of state people or born elsewhere and who will leave after making a certain amount of money.

It's unfair for true Alaskan born residents to share money to those who aren't born here. Especially to those who move here for school, jobs, or military. They aren't born here, why should they get it? It's not theirs and it's not fair for true Alaskans.

Its our money not to people that wernt alaska born. If it was down in lower 48s thats how they woupd have it. Only to them. Why cant it be like that for us. Yes they would try to say thats a lie but we all know thats true so why cant only alaska born only get it. We get to keep the money in alaska. Maybe thats why we're going broke. We need the money more than lower 48s.

It's about time! It's ridiculous that those who have been born and raised up there and are natives and then those of us who are born up there and tufted out in the rough weather all of their young lives should have to share that with people who weren't even a part of the pipeline I might feel a little more open to people who can prove that they worked on the pipeline for their careers that they should be included, but not people to just move there just to get a check

We have been waiting for this! i plan on moving back home real soon. I moved out of Alaska in 2014. Lower 48 is not for me lol..

I am signing because I feel that is why so many people moved here! And are and or have brought up some or all of their families here which has produced more violent crimes than EVER before. I am Alaskan! I was born and raised here, but, I am ashamed of what has become of our people and State at the hands of non Alaskans. I feel this is the right thing to do under the circumstances.

Born and raised in this state!! It should have been this way since 1982..then we wouldn't have 'the Alaskan Bush people' pretending to be from here and then getting used by the state cause in fact they were from Texas..

The reason is because people are moving up here just for that reason and they are using drugs breaking the law taking their kids money and spending all of it on things that have nothing to do with family.
