Completely agree that PFD should only go to Alaska born. It makes me sick to my stomach when I hear outsiders talking about receiving a PFD.

I say yes only born residents. My husband was not born here and I he has never filed for his pfd since living here and if he gets one its cause I insisted he file and its only been maybe twice he has because he believes thst only people that are born here deserve that money.... and i have to say I agree born here or not... i now have a beautiful daughter born here too but my husband still dont file for it. What a good man. Huh... haha had to share.

Born and raised Alaskan 46 years came to the states to work and ended up still in the states but feel I will always be Alaskan and definitely we born and raised Alaskans should always have the right to the permanent fund money and no outsiders should unless they lived 20 plus years in Alaska. Just my opinion.

I was born in Kodiak in 1954 but now live in the lower 48, I would think that I should qualify for PFD as well
