AIS need to do the right thing for Parents and children who have trusted and sent kids to their school.

Our children have received not-as-commitment educational service from AIS during online learning, so tuition fee refunds is MUST. It's fair enought.

1. AIS has to refund from 50% - 70% tution fee for full online learning period (a half of school year) by year levels. This refunds should be applied for all AIS currert parents. 2. Discount of 20% on tuition fee of SY 2020-2021 given as AIS's support to loyal parents. And 100% tuition fee refund for school closing periods if AIS may be closed for some periods in SY 20-21.

Asking for school fee refund is our legal right.

It is unfair that the quality of teaching and learning online on the last 3 months does not match the criteria committed by AIS while full tuition fees have been paid. Learning online is not efficient at all for kindergarten and made students at other levels stressed. I strongly ask AIS to revise their policy and partially refund the tuition fees of Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr 2020 to share with parents in the very difficult situation while all the society got damaged by Covid-19

My niece goes to school here, I myself am a Vietnamese going to school abroad and I'm extremely glad that I'm still able to attend school, physically because we have in many ways tried online learning and to be honest, it doesn't work. Just thinking of all the kids doing it over the internet exhausts me. We all went to school, we all know how hard it is to remain focus for a long period of time, let alone doing it through a screen. I know that many parents do understand that it is a hard time for all of us, with the Pandemic, considering the fact that most of them own and run a business, so they know, more than anybody, but part of doing business is being responsible with your commitments of - in AIS' case - service delivery, and based on what we're seeing, it is clear that online teaching quality does not a bit compare to the physical experience AIS claimed to offer. Personally I think parents have been very understanding and forgiving to take their extra time OFF work, taking care of their children and tutoring them at home, but the children's education is also under the hands of the educational institution they're enrolled in. I really hope that AIS would consider this, because nowadays doing business isn't solely dependent on the quality of your services, but also how you deliver them. I do not have full comprehension of all the struggles you are facing at the moment, however, the way you are handling things is really hurting your reputation. Doing business, especially for an educational institution, is long-term. I bet you might think that when this Pandemic goes away, people are going to forget, well I'm sure they will, I can't even remember what I ate yesterday, and you probably think that parents are too well-off to care. Then think again, maybe it's time for a change, and for an actual share of responsibility among AIS and the parents. As i had sent 2 letters to school to requried school recount school fee during online study & reduce school fee as must not increased school fee annual year. Of course, we (parents in my group) willing to share the cost with school during school closed. So i definitely support this pitition till the end. If school doen not make agrreement with parents we intend to ask lwayers for helping.
