Request AIS to refund full meal & bus fees + a part of tuition fees. My child is 6yo, basically can't learn by himself.

I am parents of two kids grade 3 and 6 at CIS. The kids get the homework everyday and I have to help them with homework since Feb, there are no lessons, just Zoom 30 minutes once - twice a week. Our Kids can’t complete assignment because parents have no background in teaching ! We want to get full refund for this school term. School need to negotiate and get parents agreement if they want to use some of our tuition fee this term paying for teachers!
