At the end of the 2006-07 NFL season Austin\'s CBS affiliate KEYE 42 began to air Tennessee Titan games every Sunday afternoon instead of Houston Texans games due to Vince Young\'s (Univ of Texas alum) presence on the team . It appears that KEYE has begun this practice again this new season leaving we Texan fans forced to either watch the Tennessee Titans, go out somewhere to catch our Texans, or spend up to as much as $350 for an NFL sports package just to catch a game. This is just inexcusable; why should we even have to consider these options to watch a team based only three hours away (in state) from Austin instead of a team out of state and 13 hours away. Not to mention that this team is a division rival to the Texans. The Texan Nation is strong in Austin compared to a base of Titan fans in Austin that jumped on the teams bandwagon the day Vince Young was drafted by them last season. Simply put the Houston Texans games should be broadcast instead of the Tennesee Titans. This petition was created to voice our displeasure and outrage by KEYE\'s decision.
