Ever since the merger with Waridtel, customers have witnessed a
continued absence of honesty in data calls, we are deducted 220
shillings daily despite incessant pleas to deactivate services that
demand the charge.
Poor network coverage has become a daily
service on the menu and voicemail responders like "the telephone number
you have called doesn't exist on the network" have caused more

customer care service line is like one trip to hell and surely a waste
of one's valuable time. Always promising "to get back to you."
The
number "0753087957" has for over 3 months conned more people than any
fraudster known but despite notifications to Airtel, little has been
done to deactivate it despite management claiming "we are working on it"
We
are tired of losing billions of shillings by a service provider who
barely knows how to offer value for more either wittingly or unknowingly
conning us.
This MUST STOP.
