The Albany High School Later Start Time Proposal is what's on everybody's mind lately and there is a wide variety of opinions. This petition is for those who *AGREE* that we should *NOT* be released from school any later than we are now. There is a lot of research to back up starting later, but same with the importance of extracurricular activities. Having a later start time would result in having a later end time, resulting in many of us missing our extracurriculars, and anything else students might have to do. On top of after-school activities, homework, etc., we will now have even less time to do it all. This will cause us to go to bed later, and this whole issue would come right back at us.
