I am an endurance athlete and triathlete since 16 years. A swimmer over years and a fitness coach and tricoach.
I am definetly agree with this and it was abput time. Recently in my preparation for the uocoming Ironman 70.3 World championship, I was wondering that all this worth it. That I know how hard I work and how much I push and how unfair it is. Knowing how the human body works, being so on point with natural ways of preparation and training, taking care of my athletes and still ...
Hope this will change soon for a clean sport.
