Ok, Great, now we have to pass 500. Lets all not forget to SHARE it with Friends and the Public which will reach many triathletes also. I will also make a summary of all the suggestions listed here in the comments.

Have a small additionele fee for everyone aiming to quality for Kona. Only those shall be elegible for KQ slots. Then test all the qualifiers + a few extra to cover rolldown at the finishline. The costs can be covered by the ones that ophef for the KQ slot . Gives extra income and will easily cover the additional costs and you get a clean and fair result. Win-win-win situation for everyone
