Petition for AGL to use Ghostayame's v3 Settings

This petition is for any Halo player who is tired of seeing differing settings at every tournament. 343 and Ghostayame have been collaborating for months on creating the most competitive settings possible. The Halo community is not in the best situation right now, and creating unnecessary divides is the last thing we need.
