PETITION TO BOTH NSW STATE & FEDERAL PARLIAMENTS

Sebastiano Gulisano, with a very poor level of English, tried to care for his demented and multi-disabled wife, Marie, on his own 24/7. I organised respite care for him to Storm Village for 1 week and delivered her there.

Day 1, they lost most of her clothes. Day 2, they lost the expensive wheel chair they advised us to hire. Day 4, I wrote a polite and extensive list of health care issues we had observed for her alone... not for the others whose needs appeared to be equally serious and numerous.

When Sebastiano was notified of his unexpected elective surgery, we were compelled to extend her stay to 3 weeks. After threatening to shoot medical staff, Sebastiano had his guns seized by Police: such was his loud, obscene and abusive manner to most staff. I attended with him on most of the 21 days, sometimes twice.

At the end of Marie's stay, I advised him not to pay the outstanding balance owing on her care and rang and informed the CEO.

I was an earlier, publicly declared candidate for forthcoming 2007 Federal election over the sacking of my School Council and self trying to enrol Aboriginal kids.

At a meeting with the CEO almost 3 weeks later which I arranged, I declared that their poor care was the equivalent of involuntary euthanasia: malnutrition & dehydration! He taped my conversation with my approval!!!

He threatened me with a knowingly false allegation of sexual assault of a multi-disabled client. I went to the Police asking of their knowledge of the allegation.

They had heard of none such!

It took the nursing home almost 3 months to provide reports to the Police.... concoct!!

I felt compelled to report having been charged with this under Section 44 of the Constitution as a 2007 Federal election candidate competing against the Deputy PM Mark Vaile.

Together with the reason that I was already standing, the fact that my School Council and I were sacked trying to enrol an Aboriginal family's 3 kids in his LYNE (Port Macquarie NSW) electorate, this is background material for my true Australian story/movie: Snow in The Pocket... perhaps the non-fiction equivalent of To Kill a Mockingbird.

Please sign my Petition to have BOTH NSW & Federal Parliamentary sittings hear this as I have been advised that the Aged Care Royal Commission will not be calling me as a witness. I am asking that Federal Police investigate NSW Police’ perverting the course of justice, perjury and or bribery.

Respectfully Stewart Scott-Irving 8 / 02 / 2020
