Would be ridiculous to destroy such a wonderful building because the owner cant be bothered with it anymore.... let someone else use it then !

It is heartbreaking to think these beautiful old buildings could be raised to the ground its part of history and we are slowly destroying it... its wrong.
A heartbreaking potential loss; a world without this beautiful building is one more step along the road to soporific, corporate blandness.

Why destroy a piece of history just because it does not sit comfortably on a corporate balance sheet. This is a living piece of of our local history. Over recent decades Syngenta (aka ICI) have caused immense damage to the area off Leeds road, why should they be permitted to continue to scar our landscape.

The building holds memories for my self as an ex emplyee. It is worth preserving and using
