I had my wedding reception here, as did my sister. My dad worked for ICI, so many kids parties and other functions, many happy memories. Even saw Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid there!

The ugly 70s extensions should go but the building itself should be saved and I can't believe it's not already listed.

We have fewer and fewer of these quality Gothic buildings left in our area, to demolish it to provide additional match day parking beggars belief

I am dew to be Married hear in august as my mum was married hear too. It's a beautiful building and should not be demolished. If this is to happen there not just destroying history they are destroying so many memories. ...

This super example of Stone Gothic building needs to be saved. Far too many building have been lost in the Huddersfield area over the last 2 years, please, not this one
