Eastwood Heighs Public School busy traffic already involved our local community’s life , we already have 3 daycare and 1 Preschool within 2kilometer. We don’t need new child centre in this area!

Eastwood is already so crowed. And people got hurt by traffic every now and then is not news. Please don't add insult to injury. It WON'T be safe for the kids and these young families. Please do proper researching before you even started. Thank you

This is a main entrance of Eastwood Heights Public School, and the volume of traffic on this street is already quite high during peak periods. A childcare centre will only serve to exacerbate this issue.

This street is a nightmare with school drop off as it is. Add a childcare centre of any size to the street is just horrid planning. A 90 place centre is crazy. They have 18 car spaces at least 10 pf those will be used by staff if not more and if they dont use the internal spots they will be on the street. A street that already struggles to allow enough car spaces for kindergarten students to be dropped off. The poor people that live in the street dont need the extra traffic either.

Lincoln St is a very narrow street with lots of residents live in, the traffic is already over crowded during the morning and afternoon school time. Couldn’t contain more traffic, Please consider the children’s safety first,

The street is too busy during school run, only two lanes available for the traffic. Parking will be definitely an issue.

With the current congestion on the narrow Lincoln Street, especially during peak hours, do you think we need another child care centre to choke it more? And to the authority who is assessing this development, please think thrice about the safety of the kids and the community along Lincoln Street. Who will be responsible if any accident happen? There is no need for the child care centre to be built on Lincoln Street when there are a few nearby already.

Traffic is already a nightmare on this street and more traffic may put students ans parents at risk as well as car accidents

It is already extremely high traffic on the Lincoln st even not in the peak hours. Small childcare centre will be ok, but not that big!

We want a responsible community and hope there is no building structure will cause terrible traffic jam or car parks problems

It will be too crowded for a child care center next to public primary school. Traffics will be worse than now

The new childcare will add significant traffic on that street which is already very bad

Totally agree. Lincoln street is already congested as bad as Eastwood mall without traffic controller at peak hours. Having another big facility right next to school entrance will inevitably take off more street parking and increase probability of accidents. Do we really need 7th childcare within 1km radius?
