Building on good arable land is madness, also the road system and other infrastructure in the Town can't cope as it is, please don't add to the problem.

Ridiculous to even propose more houses in a town with insufficient infrastructure to support houses that arent even built yet let alone more

My garden backs onto Furzenhall Road and my bedroom over looks the lovely fields. The highlight is watching the combine harvester

Let's no spoil the countryside anymore especially where residents have lived in this area for years choosing this area because of the views. It's wrong they can just build where they like and make people's lives a misery.

Town has been developed far too quickly and is losing the feel of a small market town. Roads are becoming clogged with traffic and not enough parking in town.

Enough is enough. Where is the infrastructure?

There are already too many houses being built in Biggleswade without all the necessary facilities being provided.

Biggleswade infrastructure cannot cope with anymore housing.Until priority is given to building more Drs Surgeries and Schools Biggleswade residents will suffer from the continued house building with little thought to the impact on residents already living here

Biggleswade is already straining under the weight of the new builds we need improved infrastructure before further can even be considered

There is not the infrastructure in the town in terms of school places, doctors, roads, rail services, parking to accommodate any more development. Especially as the town is already struggling & development already with permission is not even close to being finished in Kings Reach etc.
