I run a Business just of the new Potton Road, roundabout
this road was always quiet until 7am in mornings, now traffic race along from 4.30am in morning, and in the evenings they leave the exit of the roundabout like a pin ball machine, speeds up to 50-60 are the norm.

Not enough Dr's, schools, parking to support these new builds

The development of Biggleswade does not appear part of an overall strategy and pays absolutely no heed to the required services to support such development and consequently puts severe strain on existing provision.

Enough is enough. The town is over developed while the town centre is neglected. The infrastructure and roads cannot cope.

SG180EG. The roads are already much busier and I don't think they can take another 248 new houses and occupants with cars, especially as there are still many houses with planning permission that have yet to be built on the other side of the road with families that might have more than 1 car, and we have no experience of what they might do to the traffic yet.

Biggleswade can't cope with more people. The Dr's Dentists and Schools are hard to get into now it would be worse with more people moving to the area.

I am against this proposal as biggleswade already has enough properties but not enough being done for extra doctors etc .

My concerns are about traffic, space and lack of amenities. We are becoming over crowded. The town centre needs investment. If the building goes ahead could the construction companies contribute?

Biggleswade is already bursting at the seams. How will schools, doctors' surgeries etc cope with even more people?

More facilities are needed before anymore houses are built. New houses are attracting new residents, many of whom commute into London- the trains are full, the car parks and roads full, their children are attending the schools- which are full and over subscribed, their families need the dr/dentists- they are full and struggling with demand, and leisure facilities are not very leisurely as they are rammed!!!!
