This 3 story condo would be 90 % surrounded by R1 houses and a church, I don' t know of anywhere else in Winnipeg where this is comparable. Not to mention the flooding it will cause in my backyard and blocking of my late afternoon sun (say goodbye to my Saskatoon bushes).

Propoosal is far too dense and heigh, massing is way out of scale with surrounding single family homes.

The four story 60+ condos does not belong in this area that is land locked by single family homes that are bungalows.

This is a 2 acre site with 64 condo units That amounts to 32 units per acre.

I am opposed to the rezoning of 4820 Roblin. Access to that area is too small to handle the increased traffic along with the school traffic.

I am opposed to the rezoning of 4820 Roblin. With the growing population of the school, traffic in that area is only going to continue to worsen. Safety of the students becomes a major concern with the additional traffic and congestion that this new development would bring.
