I am opposed to the proposal to change the zoning of the
land behind Charleswood United Church from its current single family (R1-L)
zoning to multi-family [RMF-S].
Additionally, the current proposal to build a 60+ unit condo is contrary to the existing scale, density, and character of the existing neighbourhood.
