Against density > 1 house per 2 acres on Winns Church/Greenwood

I oppose this plan for several reasons. 1. There should be no more than 1 home per two acre lot. 2. Location of entrances to said s/d are located in descending/ascending curve creating blind spot for traffic to enter Winns Church Rd. 3. Substantial increase in traffic from this development would create a danger to Children riding school buses delivering children and making stops. The middle and high school bus actually stops and backs into Sherwood Farms Lane at Winns Church Rd. in order to turn around and return to school. Very dangerous with excessive traffic increase. 4. I moved to Sherwood Farms Lane seven years ago to escape the congestion of Henrico county. Please do not recreate that! 5. A traffic light is needed now at route 33 and Winns Church Road. This will only increase the danger for people trying to access route 33. 6. A thorough investigation of the danger of Winns Church Road needs to be included. Very narrow and curvy road will no doubt be the cause of serious accidents with increased traffic. Thank you.

Any development on Winns Church Road should be governed by the same parameters as what was required of us when we chose to build/buy on this lovely stretch of road.

Please - VOTE NO! I have lived off of Winns Church most of my life. There is enough traffic as it is on Greenwood as it's being used as a cut through road! Forget about walking this neighborhood. Too dangerous.

I moved from Twin Hickory to Glen Allen / Hanover drawn by comparatively quiet and peaceful aspects of rural living. Saddened by this development plan.

We do not have the roads or emergency services to support this density in this part of Hanover County. It is rural and needs to stay that wat. 3 to 4 acre lots is what needs to be built.
Too mulch new construction here. Our infrastructure can’t handle it!!!!

I live off of Staples Mill Road. We already have far too much traffic in this area. I do not support this much additional housing.

We are against houses going up on this road that are less than 2 acres per house. The road itself will not support the increased traffic if all 262 houses are put in and dump trucks and tractor trailers/18 wheelers are going to ruin the condition of the road (Winns Church Road), as well as the road being too narrow and curvy to support vehicles of that size and weight constantly using it to get to and from the building sites of the proposed houses. Multiple accidents are going to happen as a result of these larger trucks and trailers using Winns Church Road, and residents will be in jeopardy just walking to and from their mailboxes (some people have to cross the road to get to their mailbox).
