No child should be hungry. This was such a small thing in the big scheme of support for the nation. A small thing that went directly to those in need. Disappointed in you voting against this.

Witney is a great place to live. We support each other. How we've pulled together throughout this difficult year is proof of that. To withhold food from hungry children is not what we do. We do not support your decision and you have not represented us - your constituents.

There is no excuse for child hunger. Children cannot fix this themselves and it is a source of national shame that this happens in our country. That this happens in our area brings me to tears.

There are parts of Witney that I have only recently discovered or other parts I do not know at all. I can truly understand how people (and children) need support in these C19 times. Loosing a job and income knows know boundaries of class or status. A good healthy nutritious lunch/dinner lays a foundation for healthy, well educated citizens of the future.
