Churches should not be mandated by law to officiate over same sex marriages against their religious beliefs. When will it become a punishable crime if such churches refuse to perform this type of ceremony. I also dated a women who I later found out had a sister who had been married to a same sex partner. This partner had a child by artificial insemination via donation from a drug dealer. The mother had been a crackhead and her child turned autistic as a result. I feel same sex marriage does nothing to children and families but, to destroy it. What if I had moral convictions? Same sex proponents are always talking about their rights. Don't I have the right to raise my child straight as I see fit? How shall I do that in a society which normalizes homosexuality. It was declassified as a gender identity disorder by the American Psychiatric Association only after pressure from the LGBT community. If were schizophrenic and a harm to society, would that become social acceptable if the AMA were to declassify that also?
