We the undersigned call on Anglian Water to provide the residents of Osgodby, Kirkby, South Owersby, North Owersby, Thornton Le Moor, South Kelsey, North Kelsey and Howsham with increased water pressure by investment in better mains water pipes. For far too long the residents/customers of Anglian Water living in the above areas have been deceived with stories from Anglian Water that the low water pressure in our area is, in the main, due to pipework which is not owned by them but by the residents. It seems, according to Anglian Water that most of the pipework owned by property owners is inadequate (either too old or too thin) to provide the higher water pressure required. Since such a large number of us in this area are experiencing similar problems (low pressure or no water) then this cannot be the case. Anglian Water must be drawn to account and respond to us because their mains pipes are inadequate for the job they must do.
