we seek to employ Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism(Negotiation, Mediation and or Arbitration.) in unlocking the impasse, since in the past litigation aggravated the dicey situation rather than offering panacea.

Our proposal towards resolving this impasse is thus:-

• The Registrar of societies to recall the current constitution of the Church and subsequently suspend the Registration Certificate until such a time that the church would have harmonized its constitution by the two antagonistic factions.
• A select committee to be formed by the two factions to spearhead the process of constitution harmonization.
• A committee be formed composing : the heads of the two factions, Secretary General NCCK, Secretary General of OAIC, representative WCC to unite the members and herald a new dispensation after promulgation of the new constitution.
• The registrar of Societies meets our four(4) representatives for a strategic planning meeting
