What the Chinese citizens are presenting Africa as is an unrealistic image. As the citizens of Africa, United in our cultural diversities and nationalities we stand as one voice to say no to the dehumanization of Africa by the Chinese citizens. It’s high time we start experiencing mutual respect and cease this operation where one country is seen to be more superior than the other.

They should change it.... This discrimination has to come to an end

China should have regard for Africans at every level in the society, that is, the government level and the civilian level. Because if you say you want to have a bilateral relationship with us and you're always seeing us as disabled, the one to be helped, and your people see us the same way, it's not gonna work. We are all equal, it's just a matter of who developed first. Allow us to go on our own pace, don't judge or measure our growth with your own standard. The world is welcomed to cooperate with Africans only on neutral ground. We don't need the so called "help", you're actually helping our leaders to be more corrupt and thereby preventing our growth. It's obvious, no one will ever want to do a business that has no profit, you cannot want to have a cooperation with us for no gain reason. So i hereby plead that the Chinese written translation of Africa be changed, so that we can cooperate and work better together. 共建共享，互相尊重! Thank you.

I strongly detest racism in the world, China is high time you realize you aint no super power coz your citizens are all over the world especially Africa indulging in so many illegal activities. Together we stand. I say no to racism. peace

I have been here for almost six years and many box office companies survived due to their trade with mainly the motherland. At first I have cherished their culture but now I am really disappointed and discussed just for the simple fact that they label you just by the color of your skin. I can’t trust a Chinese, I don’t think it’s a good idea for future young African engineers come to China to learn, there’s no transfer of knowledge nor apprenticeship for Africans. I don’t think it’s a good idea to let Chinese companies own major contracts in Africa. If you want to come here for business that’s fine.

Kindly change the name to the name describing the beauty and attractiveness of our continent Afriaca

I’ve thought this meaning a long time ago and looked over it because I alone can’t make the change. I’m so glad that right now, it has come to the knowledge of everyone that the word “非“ isn’t good to be called a continent because the meaning is so negative.

Unacceptable! How would this country react to being officially named such by others?
