Petition to support Alliance Française de Miami

The initiative of this petition amounts to a group of artists, writers and intellectuals from Miami who wish to come to amicable negotiations with the bank (Mercantil Commercebank) to find a solution to the  real  problem of the Alliance. They wish all institutional and private support to coordinate their actions in order to keep the Alliance in its building. This petition is to be sent to Public or Private Institutions so that they give their support to the Alliance Française in its negotiations with the bank.

PETITION
We the undersigned appeal to all the Institutions and Partners interested in saving the Alliance Française de Miami.
Since its inception in 1969, the Alliance Française has contributed to the promotion of French culture while at the same time strengthening the bonds which unite us to the many diverse communities in South Florida.
For some time now the Alliance Française has been offering in its new spaces Art exhibits for local and international artists, conferences, concerts and movies that have enriched the cultural life of our city.
It is why we are alerting involved people and instituions to make their best effort to help guarantee the ongoing presence of the Alliance Française at its current location, so that Alliance Française South Florida-Miami may continue to function and to fulfill its cultural and linguistic mission.

Nosotros los abajo firmantes hacemos un llamado a las instituciones interesadas en salvaguardar la permanencia de la Alliance Française en Miami.
Desde su fundación  en 1969 La Alliance ha contribuido a promover la cultura francesa al mismo tiempo que ha estrechado los lazos que unen a las diversas comunidades que integran el sur de la Florida.
Desde hace tiempo en su nuevo local, ha ofrecido numerosas exposiciones de artistas locales e internacionales, series de conferencias, conciertos y películas, han enriquecido la vida cultural de nuestra ciudad.
Es por ello que alertamos a las personas e instituciones involucradas, a que hagan sus mejores esfuerzos para garantizar la permanencia de la Alliance Française en su instalación actual, de manera que pueda continuar en pleno funcionamiento de sus programas culturales. 

PETITION
Nous soussignés faisons une demande à toutes les institutions intéressées pour sauvegarder la présence de l’Alliance Française de Miami. 
Depuis son ouverture en 1969 l’Alliance a contribué à la promotion de la culture française et a en même temps resserré les liens qui unissent les diverses communautés du Sud de la Floride.
Installée depuis quelques années dans son nouveau bâtiment, elle a offert de nombreuses expositions d’artistes locaux et internationaux, des séries de conférences, concerts et films qui ont enrichi la vie culturelle de notre ville.
C’est pour cela que nous alertons les personnes et institutions impliquées, afin qu’elles apportent leurs meilleurs soutiens pour garantir la pérennité de l’Alliance Française dans ses locaux actuels, de manière à ce qu’elle puisse continuer le plein fonctionnement de ses activités culturelles.

Noi sottoscritti vorremmo fare domanda a tutte le istituzioni interessate per salvaguardare la permanenza dell’Alliance Française a Miami.
Dalla sua aperture nel 1969 l’Alliance Française contribuisce alla promozione della cultura francese e nello stesso tempo a stringere I legami che uniscono le diverse comunita’ del Sud della Florida.
Da qualche tempo nel suo nuovo locale ha offerto varie esposizioni di artisti locali e internazionali, serie di conferenze, concerti e film che hanno arricchito la vita culturale della nostra citta’, ed e’ per loro che allertiamo le persone e istituzione implicate affinche’ apportino il loro aiuto per garantire la permanenza dell’ Alliance Française nei suoi attuali locali in modo che possa continuare il pieno funzionamento delle sue attivita culturali.
