Due to the introduction of expansion teams as well as free agency, has disproportionately compounded the ability for sides already struggling to recover and rebound back into the top end of the ladder. Without special assistance it will become detrimental on a Club and could potentially amount to the loss of membership. For this reason I support Carlton applying for a priority pick to assist in the rebuilding process

That as we get the priority pick than we can either pick up a couple of early picks with young kids or a few of our father Sons

I must admit I was not for this at the start but after listening to some common sense from a friend, I have to admit I was wrong. Please Carlton re consider and ask the afl for special assistance as we really do need it. Think of the children

I am aware of the mammoth task of moving off the bottom of the ladder is, however it can't be done without a Pri/Pick.

Please assist my club Carlton with a Priority Pick because if they keep struggling the way they are, then who knows if there will be a future in the AFL for our club. Their plight is one about the future, how many young children in this current era do you think will want to barrack for them, collect footy cards of their players, go to their games, etc? All of these things not only effect the men's footy, but will ultimately effect the women's team & the AFLW more generally. Surely the AFL can see this & feel the pain by all Carlton people. I'm sure if this was the Sydney Swans it would never have got this far!
