So just gate the whole airport and make everyone pay to exit. The problems are not caused by shuttles, it's caused by those who won't wait in the cell phone lot or offsite. Shuttles provide a service and decrease traffic and pollution.

Here we go again. Businesses gouching the people that keeps them going. Why the increase, services are still the same and everyone is making a profit.

The additional operating expenses this proposed fee schedule creates for Preflight, as well as all off-site parking lots at Sky Harbor, would be enormous and unfair. There is no way that off-site parking sites could continue to operate or compete with on-site parking at the airport, effectively creating a monopoly for the airport. Not to mention the likely increase in airport traffic, congestion, pollution, and decreased quality of airport experience for travelers.

I think this is totally unjustified. You need all the off property parking because there is not enough on site parking to use. You need to stop this tax.

What is the basis for this fee? Did anyone do an actual study of the associated costs of off parking vehicles to the airport or just pick a number and said "this will work for us!"?

This is a right to work state. This equates to big labor unions trying to monopolize work. It effects us the customer, not the companies.

This is ridiculous... What's next, charging individuals who come to the airport to drop someone off? Just another way to price out a competitor. GREED is a terrible thing.

The convenience of off-site parking -- car door to checkin door -- is an important feature at Sky Harbor. The proposed excessive fee will impose a hardship on many airport users.

Since when was it our governments objective to put companies out of business. If Sky Harbor made their services as convenient as the off airport parking then they would do more business. Don't tax the small businesses out of business just to line your own pockets.
