Customers depend on small businesses like this one for its reliability and good service. Adding a fair fee will take away viable businesses that offer competition to this market. Are we trying to stifle out the small businesses for the benefit of a few large ones again? And at the expense of the customers? Hey we all love Walmart's cheap prices, but now we are all running around with mass manufactured items made with sub par products. I, as a consumer, don't want the inconvenience of having to depend on PHX Sky Harbor Airport for all my parking needs; just as I am dreading my dependence on Walmart for my daily consumption and receipt of poor quality and service. Please stop this monopoly. My recent trip with Blu Sky as my off airport parking, made my trip pleasant and worry free. I always receive individualized exceptional service from Blue Sky. Something I don't anticipate at Walmart... or at the PHX Sky Harbor airport for that matter.

Taxing the competition is not the way to keep public happy and willing to support other issues you may want their support. Don't take one of the best services for travel away for the consumer.
