This "trip fee" is excessive and unfair. PSHIA has a serious conflict of interest here - although they can say publically whatever they want, they are using this fee to generate business, plain and simple. Bogus.

Any service that helps reduce individual cars at the airport should be promoted, not overtaxed.

I'm against this fee. Please explore other means other than surcharging off-airport service providers.

Assessing this fee could actually reduce business for the airlines. I'd probably or to drive on short trips if parking options get too costly.

What's next, a fee for personal cars to drop off or pick up. A fee on off airport parking is of that same idiotic rational.

Since your parking rates are so high that nobody wants to park onsite, I guess you have to do a money grab and penalize services that are doing it better, faster, cheaper.
