A FAIR fee for off-airport parking companies serving PHX

This tax seems to be totally unfair, are you going to start charging a fee for private vehicles coming in to the airport as well. These buses keep vehicular traffic to a minimum. If the airport feels they are losing revenue to these offsite parking facilities perhaps they could lower their parking rates and increase their numbers significantly.

Allow for a fair, competitive marketplace! Off-site parking facilities offer a great service to their customers and help to reduce the airport congestion. I flew in and out of Sky Harbor every week 9 weeks straight and the door-to-door shuttle service was a valuable time saver.

I don't support any new fees associated with off-airport parking companies. Such companies reduce congestion at the airport drop-off locations and provide a valuable service.

Shuttle buses help relieve the traffic problem at PHX Traffic Jam Harbor. I fly out every other month using a shuttle. I have to drive in and pick up every other month and I hate driving in to pickup.

Off-airport parking companies provide a service that the airport parking CANNOT!! This is especially true for older travelers who can not walk long distances with bags. The car-to -check-in and and check-in -to car services provided by the off-airport parking companies are a must to enable us to travel by air. I support a fair fee but not one that will cause off-airport companies to become out of reach monetarily for a lot of flying customers. If Sky Harbor airport had to handle all the cars coming to and parking at the airport, the driving/parking situation would become even worse then it already is. I drive to Phoenix vice flying out of Tucson for the convenience of car to "gate" service. If I had to park and drag bags all over the airport I would go back to flying out of Tucson (where the bag dragging would be much less then at Sky Harbor). Thank you.

I am totally against the city charging fees for off-airport parking.. you are hurting the economy not helping.

For what PHX charges for both on-site rate levels, they should be ashamed of themselves for ever even thinking of going after anyone else for their riches. Charging even a penny for driving through is the equivalent of a toll road, and is disgusting, arrogant and more proof of the Grand Old Party at its best. Do the overpaid few making these decisions also intend to charge themselves a fee for the privilege of driving their own vehicle onto the hallowed ground??? Dumb. Just dumb.

I disagree with this added burden to travelers. Thanks to TSA, we get nickeled to death each time we travel

do you really now want more cars going to the airport? do not pass this tax on....it will affect ME and the thousands of others who use these services. Represent us properly and do not pass this tax on

Let private business operate in a free and fair market. Do not put them at any more of a disadvantage than they already are.

We have used Preflight for years!!!! They are a very reliable service. They are the best!!!

Reimbursing costs should be enough. Please don't make this a revenue stream for Sky Harbor. Some of us can barely afford the existing parking fees.

It would seem to be a mutually beneficial relationship which is completely unreasonable and someone has to benefit more that the other. Are you kidding me?

Come on -- the airport authority seems to want to do everything possible to make it difficult for those of us who must leave home & travel frequently for a living.

Unfair competition for a service that's less convenient than on-site parking.

This seems to be an unfair fee for use of a public road.
