This type of tax is ridiculous!!!. Next they will start charging everyone to drop off and pick up. This fee will definitely be passed on by increased daily fees for parking.

It's just another way for the politicians to take money from the pockets of hard working folks like us and put it into their pockets. It's just not right!!

Companies will be forced to pass this fee on to customers. Customers will turn to Uber, Lyft, hotel parking--you're killing the small companies who pay taxes. If Sky Harbor can't compete, then get Blue Sky to run their parking. They do it right!

Since the airport has a parking concession, any attempt to raise fees for off site parking reeks of attempting to use the power of government to stifle competition.

The proposed tax is excessive and unfair. If income is needed it should be shared by all not just the parking providers.

It seems to me that if PHX charges more than actual and reasonable cost they are attempting to stifle competition.

Offsite parking reduces traffic in/out of Sky Harbor. Don't push the off site companies out of business

I have traveled for many years during my career and have taken advantage of the cost and convenience of offsite parking. Forcing these parking spots into a fee based pickup will hurt me, the customer, again. And make passenger congestion worse while we wait for a pickup. A bad plan!
