A FAIR fee for off-airport parking companies serving PHX

This is a ridiculous money-grab, and only serves to increase the distrust in public institutions.

Only a FAIR fee is acceptable.

Economically speaking, we trade the inconvenience of offsite parking, an intangible payment, for lower fees. You shouldn't take that away because your parking garage can't pay for itself. Bad planning?? How far distant do you define offsite? My driveway????

Adding fees to the these small businesses is dishonest and terrible. There is no purpose to a fee like this except to decrease competition and shut down business.

I do not think the off airport parking companies should be charged an extra fee by thee PHX airport.

Offsite providers reduce the amount of traffic going into the airport. Users and providers of this service should be rewarded and not penalized by more taxes or fees.

Reasonable fee to recover costs, OK. Another tax on travelers, no. Especially to restrict competition.

Off-airport parking companies should only be charged a fee if taxis and personal vehicles are also charged a fee for pickup. Actually, the off-airport companies should be charged proportionally less than taxis or personal cars because of the high occupancy of their vehicles.

Why are travel activities always a convenient target to impose new or raise existing taxes?

Obviously the city wants to be the only airport parking provider with that stupid, expensive, I will never use, rail system to the city parking

This type of outfit should be supported and not penalized. The service it provides helps to decrease the terrible traffic and congestion at Sky Harbor and provides a safe and secure option for airport patrons. The pick-up and drop-off service that Blue Sky Airport Parking provides allows me to feel safe as a single female traveler. In addition, the assistance with unloading and loading suitcases makes my travel less burdensome due to some physical limitations. A trip fee is not the answer and is a wrong move. In fact, the off-airport parking companies should be applauded for their smart business practices. They deserve a tax exemption to support the invaluable services they provide to the community.

It is completely unfair to place a "trip fee" on off/airport parking providers.
