A FAIR fee for off-airport parking companies serving PHX

You are taxing people out of business. No more fees.

For some of us this is the only option for employee parking. Please don't drive up our costs as we support the function of the airport!

Another short sighted plan by our government. They are not realizing how many jobs would be lost and how much unemployment would Need to be paid out.

I don't want any more fees. I will not use off site parking if it costs more than using a ride service

Love convenience and service at Blue Sky parking and hate costs of parking at the terminals at Sky Harbor Airport way too high and outrageous.

I support this petition. I suspect that the real economic impact of off airport parking is positive for the airport and probably quite a bit positive. The airport commission should be subsidizing off airport parking along with the city. I suspect this is really just another government fundraiser and thus inappropriate. I live between Phoenix and Tucson and use both airports. I have a car parked at PHX as I write this. I used to fly exclusively from PHX, but high parking prices forced me to move more of my travel to TUS. Parking, which I pay for, really adds up when you travel frequently. All parking at PHX is already overpriced compared to TUS and other airports......even LAX is half the price! Cut your spending and keep your sticky little government fingers out of my pocket!

We oppose this off site proposed parking fee on the basis of restraint of trade and freedom of choice.

Great Company, Great Staff, never would use anyone else, and will not park at sky harbor, so if this passes, I still won't park at sky harbor and im sure a lot others wont either! We need to support our local companies, not get rid of them!

I support this petition and strongly disagree with implementation of additional taxes for Blue Sky and other ground transportation providers. These fees create a negative financial impact for the small business providers in this category, which is likely to put them out of business, creating a monopoly for the Airport Authroity and decreasing the number of available parking spaces and choices for travelers. For Phoenix to continue to be competitive in bringing new business to Arizona and premium sporting events like the Super Bowl, The Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, etc. that attract visitors, revenue, corporate dollars, national recognition to our state, it is critical to recognize that this myopic fundraising tactic on the part of the Airport Authority misses the big picture and fails to recognize the true COST of implementing these fees. Short-sighted, ill-advised, anti small business...I strongly oppose this tax.

PHX City parking sucks, and employee parking is even worse being on 44th st and Washington. BlueSky is the way to go even as an airport employee!

Great company - it would be a shame to lose it. Used it for years and they provide outstanding service.

What costs are created by off-airport parking companies? It looks to me like anti-competition action by the city. If the city wants my parking business compete for it.

Must greed ruin everything? This is a convenient and affordable service that is absolutely necessary to many travelers. Stop trying to bilk us all the time. Why don't you try taxing only the folks who thought this up? Bet they wouldn't like it one bit.

Will they ever stop thinking up new taxes. No doubt they will charge sales tax on the new fee!

This is ridiculous attempt at lite rail coercion. Phoenix is not Portland get over it. I'm not taking some unsafe train at night dragging luggage. I need to save money to pay my water bill
