Off-airport parking companies provide a valuable service to the public. This fee appears to be just a tax in order to make in-airport parking more desirable, giving them an unfair competitive edge.

Parking Spot is an amazing company providing an amazing service. They do not deserved to be charged a trip fee for each shuttle trip!! That SUCKS!

The airport should charge EVERYONE a fee for using the roads, or no one.

What's next ? Should they start charging all vehicle's dropping off people? at least the off site parking companies know what they are doing! and don't slow down the process of getting people in and out of the airport!!!!!!!!

Off premises parking reduces traffic into and out of PHX itself. Any fees added for their services needs to be reasonable. It's clear that PHX cannot handle the added traffic should these business go away.

Using off site parking is convenient and so much easier than dealing with airport traffic myself! You need to be fair!!

Off site parking companies provide a valuable service to Sky Harbor airport that generates revenue for the City from higher customer traffic. Driving up these fees only results in higher fees to the customer to park that could ultimately result in reduced airport usage or driving up airport parking fees that is monopolistic.
