Off-site parking companies reduce the traffic at the airport. If I ask a friend to bring me to the airport and pick me up that is two trips through the facility. When I park off-site, I ride to the airport with several other travellers. That is a saving to the airport and reduces traffic.

If Sky Harbor provided parking at a reasonable cost, off site companies would not be needed. These companies provide a valuable service and imposing additional fees is not appropriate any more than putting a toll booth at both ends for everyone that drives onto the airport property.

The trip fee you are considering is another attempt to penalize those flyers who use off site parking. Un-fair and outrageous, and to impact an important service (Parking Spot), with no justification. Shame on you.

A fee for picking up or dropping off passengers is ridiculous and unfair. Are pick up and drop off fees going to be charged for personal vehicles as well? If not, it's unfair to levy this fee on parking companies. These companies contribute far more to the airport than personal vehicle, taxi, Uber or any other service picking up or dropping off passengers.
I urge the airport authority to reject this fee proposal.

Off premises parking reduces traffic into and out of PHX itself. Unless every vehicle will pay a fee there should be no fee for off premise parking companies.

As a frequent traveler, I am outraged by the idea to impose a "trip fee" on airport parking shuttles. This may well increase congestion from more personal vehicles dropping off people. The city is imposing fees and taxes on various services and is losing its charm and affordability. Come to your senses folks!
