One of the things I love about the Phoenix airport is that it's so user-friendly. Adding additional taxes and cost to users is just another hassle and it makes it more unfriendly. Would rather see fees increased in other areas then taxes and miscellaneous charges.

I do not support the implementation of such an excessive fee which apparently is intended to put off-airport parking companies out of business or at a disadvantage or to make airport parking excessively expensive for the consumer.

I think the fee is outrageous especially when added to the yearly fee that is needed for access to the airport. If they wave the yearly fee and make the fee more reasonable than we have a fair system. All of this is the result of Uber . The airport should just charge Uber the annual fee that they can spread amongst their fees and leave the rest of the system alone. Plus the short notice of this is the result of Phoenix politics as they knew they would get push back and trying to get this through with due process.

Please don't charge a fee for parking-lot shuttles. They are doing a great service, and having them free is a very nice part go going to/from the airport. I thought you were supposed to be one of the friendliest airports - you won't be if you start charging. Thank you.

Fees and Taxes should not be utilized to regulate the competitive environment. Differentiation should not be determined by price manipulation, it should be determined by the total value offered to the customer.

The rate increase you are proposing to off site companies is prohibitive and unfair. Work with these companies to come up with a fair rate increase for airport improvements
