This is outrageous, are they going to charge each car driver a fee for dropping off people? What else can they do to make a traffic mess worse?

There are many ways to generate revenue for the city. This is not one of the viable ones. Nobody wants to pay $30/day for parking when they're out of town. Council members who vote for this proposal should produce receipts for their out of town parking because most likely they don't care since you and I are footing their travel expenses anyway even on their personal trips.

I recommend no fee. It is another ridiculous tax that is unnecessary. How many more fees can possibly be added at the airport???

This fee is nothing more than an attempt to eliminate competition in favor of Sky Harbor's overpriced on-airport parking.

We believe this excessive tax is not only a disservice to the customer but to the company's that provide great service. The airport management needs to reconsider how this will affect every one.

I have parked only at Sky Harbor Airport Parking for 21 years. I feel they have given great value for my dollars spent. I believe that an increase to their rates in the form of a special "tax" would be detrimental to my being able to afford parking there and also to other customers. It would also hurt customers of the airlines coming in/out of this airport and possibly cause switching to driving rather than flying.

The city of PHX will not let airline employees park in covered parking garages anymore. We like BlueSky and this is a crazy fee.

theres not enough parking at PHX right now. even after you got rid of the rental cars. Leave these guys alone...$6 won't kill congestion, just business and your revenues in the future!

Another example of how government continues to increase taxes and fees on the people. Government just doesn't get it. These folks provide a valuable service at a reasonable price, and you want to penalize the public.
